Looking for an experienced Kitchen Incharge to oversee daily kitchen operations, manage staff, ensure authentic food quality, and maintain hygiene & safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations and supervise staff.
Ensure authentic food quality, taste, and presentation.
Plan menus and specials, ensuring consistency and innovation.
Manage inventory, control food costs, and minimize wastage.
Train, schedule, and evaluate kitchen staff performance.
Maintain hygiene, food safety, and equipment standards.
Handle customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of ingredients.
Develop standard recipes and training materials for staff.
Monitor kitchen performance metrics and implement improvements.
Requirements:
Experience as Kitchen Incharge.
Strong knowledge of ingredients and cooking methods.
Leadership, organization, and multitasking skills.
Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and cost control.
