Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation:
Wash, peel, and chop fruits/vegetables; assist cooks with basic prep tasks like mixing or portioning.Cleaning & Sanitation:
Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and equipment; sanitize workstations, floors, and surfaces; take out trash; clean kitchen areas.Stocking & Storage:
Receive and store food deliveries; organize and restock ingredients and supplies; monitor inventory. Kitchen Support:Set tables, bus tables, pack takeout orders, and perform other duties as assigned by the chef or manager.Essential Skills & Requirements
Food Safety Knowledge:
Understanding and following health, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and work in a fast-paced environment.Teamwork & Communication:
Work effectively with kitchen staff and follow instructions accurately.Organization:
Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
