Job Description

We will only accept applicants who are willing to work in Europe (Montenegro). You should have an existing UAE residence visa.

The job purpose of a Kitchen Helper and Waiter is to provide crucial support to the kitchen staff, contributing to the smooth operation of the kitchen and the overall dining experience for customers. Promote, operate, and conduct oneself in a manner that aligns with the company's mission of Alrais Enterprises Group. Cleaning and Sanitizing:

Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and equipment. Clean and sanitize work surfaces, countertops, and kitchen appliances. Dispose of trash and recycling materials appropriately.

Food Preparation:

Assist in basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables, peeling fruits, and marinating meats. Measure and assemble ingredients according to the chef's instructions.

Stocking and Organizing:

Assist in receiving and storing deliveries of food and supplies. Keep track of inventory and notify superiors when supplies are running low. Organize and arrange kitchen items to ensure efficiency and easy access.

Assistance During Cooking:

Support chefs and cooks by fetching ingredients, utensils, and other necessary items. Monitor cooking processes and alert kitchen staff to any issues or concerns.

Kitchen Maintenance:

Assist in routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning kitchen equipment and appliances. Report any malfunctioning equipment or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.

Adherence to Safety and Hygiene Standards:

Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and storage practices. Adhere to sanitation and hygiene standards to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

With experience in a restaurant as Kitchen Helper or Waiter.

With existing/active UAE Residence visa is a must.

Note: The company will sponsor the visa, air ticket, accommodation, and transportation in Montenegro.
