Support the kitchen team with cleaning, basic prep, and keeping stations organized so service runs on time and to standard.
What You'll Do
Wash, sanitize, and store equipment, utensils, and smallware's.
Keep prep and dish areas clean, stocked, and safe during service.
Assist with basic prep (washing, peeling, portioning, labeling, etc).
Take out waste, and follow hygiene rules, etc.
Respond quickly to chef instructions and help wherever needed.
