Assist in daily food preparation and cooking for salads, wraps, bowls, sandwiches, and healthy hot dishes.
Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of food ingredients.
Support mise en place for breakfast, lunch, and cafe service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas.
Comply with HACCP, Dubai Municipality food safety regulations, and internal hygiene standards.
Monitor inventory and report shortages or low stock to the Head Chef.
Assist in receiving, checking, and properly storing food deliveries.
Contribute ideas for menu improvements and new healthy dishes.
Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth cafe operations.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
