Assist in the preparation of South Indian dishes.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
Wash, peel, and chop vegetables and other ingredients.
Assist chefs with cooking, plating, and serving when required.
Ensure proper storage of ingredients and kitchen tools.
Requirements:
Experience in South Indian cuisine preparation is mandatory.
Able to work
11 hours per day
in a fast-paced environment.
Good team player with a positive attitude.
Must be physically fit to handle kitchen work.
