Job Description

Experience:



Previous experience

as a Kitchen Helper, Assistant Cook, or in a similar role is preferred but not Mandatory. Experience in

large-scale food preparation

or catering is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:



Basic knowledge of

food preparation techniques and kitchen tools

. Ability to

follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen

. Good understanding of

food safety and hygiene practices

. Physical stamina to handle

repetitive tasks, standing for long hours, and lifting kitchen items

. Ability to

work well in a team

and coordinate with the Kitchen Chief and cooks. Willingness to learn and adapt to different cuisines.

Other Requirements:



Must be

punctual, reliable, and hardworking

. Ability to

work flexible hours

, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends if required. Willing to work in

hot and busy kitchen environments

.
