The Kitchen Helper is a vital support position responsible for
maintaining kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and organisation

Key Responsibilities
Efficiently operate the dishwashing area: wash, sanitise, and store all dishes, utensils, and cookware.
Perform general cleaning duties: sweep/mop floors, clean work surfaces, and manage trash/recycling.
Assist chefs with basic
prep work
, including washing, peeling, chopping, and measuring ingredients. Unload deliveries, properly organize, and rotate stock.
Maintain a clean, organised, and sanitary work environment at all times.
Qualifications
Ability to follow verbal instructions and work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
Basic understanding of kitchen safety and hygiene standards is a plus.
