IIQAF Group is hiring a hardworking and reliable
Kitchen Helper
to support daily kitchen operations in our hospitality establishments in Dubai. The successful candidate will assist chefs and kitchen staff withfood preparation, cleaning, hygiene maintenance, and smooth kitchen workflow
, ensuring high standards of food safety and cleanliness.This role is ideal for candidates with experience in
commercial kitchens, restaurants, hotels, or catering operations
.Key Responsibilities
Assist chefs with
basic food preparation and ingredient handling
Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and food items Maintaincleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment
Support dishwashing and waste management operations Followfood safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP)
Store food items properly and label ingredients Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies Comply withUAE health and safety regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience as a
Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, or Commis Support
Basic knowledge offood handling and kitchen hygiene
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment Physically fit and able to stand for long hours Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidaysPreferred Qualifications
Experience in
hotels, restaurants, or catering companies
Knowledge ofHACCP and food safety procedures
Multicultural work experience inDubai or UAE kitchens
