We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Kitchen Helpers to join our team for a special New Year event in Dubai. This is a temporary, full-time role designed to support our culinary team in preparing and serving food during the event. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, able to follow instructions efficiently, and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with food preparation, such as washing, peeling, chopping, and cutting ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, utensils, and cookware. Ensure food items are properly stored and labeled. Help chefs and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed. Assist with setting up food stations and preparing service areas for the event. Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards. Help with inventory management and ensuring that kitchen supplies are stocked. Other kitchen-related duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is a plus but not required. Ability to work well under pressure and handle a fast-paced work environment. Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude. Ability to follow directions and maintain cleanliness. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, especially around New Year's Eve. Good communication skills. Ability to lift and carry heavy items. Must have a positive, can-do attitude and be ready to assist where needed.
