Assist in basic food preparation (washing, peeling, cutting vegetables and fruits).
Portion and pack food items as instructed by chefs.
Assist in preparing simple dishes under supervision.
Kitchen Support
Keep cooking stations stocked with necessary ingredients and utensils.
Assist chefs during busy service hours when needed.
Load and unload deliveries; store ingredients properly.
Cleaning & Hygiene
Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and equipment.
Maintain cleanliness of floors, counters, and kitchen surfaces.
Ensure compliance with hotel food safety and sanitation standards.
Dispose of waste properly and maintain recycling practices.
Equipment Handling
Operate basic kitchen equipment safely (dishwasher, peelers, mixers, etc.).
Report any damaged tools or equipment to the supervisor.
