Responsibilities
Assist the chef with
basic food preparation
(washing, cutting, peeling, portioning ingredients)
Support the kitchen team during cooking and plating
Ensure proper storage and labelling of food items
Maintain
cleanliness and hygiene
across the kitchen during and after service
Help with dishwashing, sanitizing workstations, and general organization
Follow
food safety standards
and internal procedures at all times
Work with speed and accuracy to support on-time meal production
Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant or meal-prep kitchen preferred
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
Good teamwork and communication
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to cleanliness and hygiene
