To assist in the smooth operation of the kitchen by maintaining cleanliness, supporting food preparation, and ensuring that all kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment are clean, organized, and ready for use.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist cooks and chefs in basic food preparation (washing, chopping, peeling, and cutting ingredients).
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, storage areas, and equipment at all times.
Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans promptly and properly.
Ensure all kitchen tools and equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and stored correctly.
Dispose of garbage and waste properly and maintain waste segregation standards.
Refill kitchen supplies such as napkins, condiments, and cleaning materials when required.
Support the kitchen team during busy hours by performing additional tasks as requested by supervisors or chefs.
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations as per company policy and local authority standards.
Report any maintenance or equipment issues immediately to the supervisor.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food handling.
Prior experience in catering, restaurant, or hotel kitchen preferred but not mandatory.
Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Salary will be 1200 QAR plus Accommodation, Transport and food
