Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Kitchen Fabricator specializing in stainless steel to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Sharjah. This role is critical in the production of high-quality commercial kitchen equipment, where precision, craftsmanship, and adherence to safety standards are paramount. The Kitchen Fabricator will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and finishing stainless-steel components used in kitchen appliances and fixtures, ensuring compliance with technical drawings, industry standards, and client specifications. With a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and safety, this position plays a key role in maintaining our production excellence and delivering durable, reliable products to the food service and hospitality sectors. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in MIG welding, a solid understanding of stainless steel fabrication, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Responsibilities

• Fabricate stainless-steel components for commercial kitchen equipment

• Read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication sketches

• Measure, cut, bend, and assemble materials as per specifications

• Perform welding (TIG, MIG) and finishing works

• Work closely with the production supervisor to complete daily tasks

• Maintain tools, machines, and work area in good condition

• Follow safety guidelines and production standards

• Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in stainless-steel fabrication is required

• Experience in commercial kitchen equipment fabrication is a plus

• Strong knowledge of welding processes (TIG/MIG)

• Ability to read fabrication drawings

• Physically fit, hardworking, and able to meet production deadlines

Requirements

• Proven 2-4 years work experience as a Kitchen Fabricator or Stainless Steel Fabricator in a manufacturing environment

• Proficient in MIG and TIG welding processes with a strong understanding of stainless steel properties and welding techniques

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and fabrication specifications

• Hands-on experience with cutting, bending, grinding, and polishing stainless steel materials

• Knowledge of safety standards, PPE usage, and industrial hazard prevention

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship

• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials (up to 25 kg)

• Willingness to work overtime as required by production demands

• Valid work permit and visa sponsorship available (provided by employer)
