Job Summary
To assist in food preparation, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and support the kitchen staff in delivering exceptional dishes, ensuring a smooth and hygienic culinary operation.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items under supervision
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen area, including workstations, equipment, and storage
Strictly follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and standards
Support with inventory management, including receiving, storing, and rotating stock to minimize waste and ensure freshness
Provide proactive support to chefs and other kitchen staff in various daily culinary tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
Basic understanding of culinary techniques and kitchen operations
Foundational knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Effective and clear communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
