We are seeking a highly motivated full-time Kitchen Assistant to join our kitchen team in Dubai. Your responsibilities will be baking cookies, handling orders and general kitchen operations.

What you\'ll be doing:
Baking
- Preparing, producing and baking delicious cookies.
- Collaborating on new cookie recipes to add to showcase on our revolving menu.
- Monitoring and completing orders through our delivery system.
- Packaging, preparation and facilitating orders with delivery partners.
- Opening/closing the kitchen as required.
- Monitoring and tracking kitchen supplies and inventory to ensure minimum waste.
- Maintaining proper storage, refrigeration and replenishment of stock.
- Supervising and training bakers.
- Maintaining food safety and hygiene requirements at all times.
- Ensuring pristine cleanliness of kitchen and equipment.
