Job Description

Diagnose and repair malfunctions in commercial kitchen and laundry equipment, including ovens, dishwashers, refrigerators, washers, dryers, and other related appliances. Perform routine maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely. Inspect equipment to identify potential issues and recommend solutions. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and explaining repairs or maintenance needs. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used. Stay updated on industry standards and new technologies related to kitchen and laundry equipment.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a technician in kitchen and/or laundry equipment repair. Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Valid UAE driver's license. Certification or training in appliance repair is a plus.
