Skill Require for Kitchen & Laundry Technician Kitchen

• Perform repairs and maintenance duties on a wide variety of kitchen and refrigeration equipment such as walk-in freezers, industrial-sized steam burners & cookers, refrigerators, ice Cube machines, washers, ovens, dryers, dishwashers, and water coolers
• Carry out installation of new equipment; perform repairs on leaks; ensure settings o wiring controls; change equipment parts that have become old or defective
• Profound knowledge of how various types of kitchen and refrigeration equipment work.

• Outstanding soldering and blazing skills, applying oxygen/propane.
• Strong ability to apply various types of equipment safely and efficiently, and to maintain and service them.
• Exceptional ability to work independently without direct supervision and take responsibility for the repair of assigned equipment.
• Strong knowledge of the fundamental of commercial refrigeration practice and theory

Main Duties - Laundry

• Require deep knowledge of different Laundry equipments to do the repair and maintenance, Like Laundry Washers, Dryers, Press Irons, Automatic Folding Machine and other portable equipments.

• Require deep knowledge of steam operated fittings and all
• Need Electrically and Mechanically sound

In order to be qualified for this role you should possess the below criteria:

• Qualified to at least a Diploma, or approved equivalent, in either mechanical or electrical engineering supplemented by at least 3 years' experience of working in ideally a Hotel or Resort environment, or other Hospitality Facilities.
• Requires a minimum of three (03) years maintenance experience as a Multi skilled technician (Kitchen, Refrigeration and Laundry technician).
• Extensive knowledge of Kitchen and Laundry Equipments.
