Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused

Real Estate Agent

to manage and operate our sales

kiosk located in a prime Dubai mall/community area

. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of Dubai's property market. You will be responsible for generating leads, presenting property options, and supporting clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily kiosk operations and ensure an attractive, welcoming setup. Engage with walk-in customers, understand their property needs, and provide suitable options. Promote company projects, off-plan developments, and ready properties. Generate qualified leads and maintain an updated CRM database. Conduct follow-ups with potential clients to convert leads into successful deals. Provide market insights, property comparisons, and investment advice to clients. Coordinate property viewings, negotiations, and documentation with internal teams. Maintain strong knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations, developers, and communities. Meet monthly sales and leasing targets set by the management. Represent the company professionally to uphold brand reputation.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience

in real estate sales or leasing in the UAE (Dubai preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record in achieving sales targets. Familiarity with major Dubai developers (Emaar, Damac, Nakheel, Sobha, etc.). Ability to work independently in a kiosk environment. Presentable, energetic, and customer-oriented personality. Proficiency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage). Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory). RERA certification is an advantage.
