Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu choices and order placement Assemble food items accurately according to customer preferences and company standards Prepare ingredients and keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the shift Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times Operate the POS system to take orders and process payments (cash, card, or digital) Pack and present orders neatly for takeaway or dine-in (as applicable) Provide prompt, friendly, and accurate service during busy periods Promote add-ons, combos, or specials to enhance the customer experience Monitor ingredient levels and communicate with the team for timely restocking Assist with daily opening and closing duties including cleaning and basic prep work Support teammates and contribute to a smooth, efficient kiosk operation

Requirements:

Previous experience in a kiosk, cafe, food truck, or fast-food outlet is preferred Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene practices is a plus Fluency in Arabic is preferred for this position Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, limited-space environment High attention to cleanliness, organization, and personal hygiene Reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the team

The salary for this position will be discussed during the interview and will be based on experience.
