Additional School Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Education (or equivalent in Early Childhood Education). Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the same field of work. Completion of 75% of required Continuous Professional Development (CPD) hours, with remaining hours to be completed within three (3) months of permit issuance, as per SPEA guidelines. Strong understanding of early years pedagogy, child development, and differentiated instruction. Excellent communication, teamwork, and classroom management skills. A Master's degree in Education is preferred. Prior experience in an international or American curriculum school is an advantage.
