Job Description




Kindergarten Teacher nurtures young children's early learning and development, creating a safe, fun, and structured classroom environment. They guide fundamental skills -- language, social, motor -- through games, stories and activities. They observe growth, assess progress, and foster curiosity and confidence among preschoolers.

Key Responsibilities




Plan and deliver engaging early-childhood lessons daily. Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment. Monitor each child's progress and address developmental needs. Organize fun, age-appropriate activities and learning games. Communicate with parents about children's progress regularly. Encourage social, emotional, physical and cognitive growth. Manage classroom discipline with kindness and consistent rules. Collaborate with colleagues to support curriculum and events.

Skill & Experience




Strong communication skills with young children and parents. Patience, empathy, and genuine love for early childhood learning. Creative lesson planning and fun-based activity design ability. Observation and assessment skills to track child development. Classroom management and conflict resolution with kindness. Ability to work collaboratively with coworkers and parents.

Salary depends on experience and skills and is paid in local currency.
