Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities that promote the development of basic academic skills (reading, writing, math) as well as creativity and social skills.
Follow the early childhood education curriculum and standards while allowing flexibility to meet the unique needs of each student.
Use a variety of teaching methods, including hands-on activities, group work, and play-based learning, to make learning enjoyable and effective.
Observe and assess each child's progress in key areas such as language, social, emotional, and motor skills development.
Maintain ongoing assessments of each student's progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed to support individual learning needs.
Provide constructive feedback to parents and caregivers through regular communication, progress reports, and parent-teacher conferences.
