What We're Looking For:
? Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
? Valid teaching qualification (B.Ed., PGCE, etc.)
? Minimum 2 years of Kindergarten/Early Years experience
? Passionate about play-based, child-centered learning
? Strong classroom management and communication skills
