- Major: Early Childhood Studies and Development or Preschool Education
- Required Certificates: Teaching Credential/LicenseTESL/TEFL Certificate over 100 hoursTESL/TEFL CertificateTESL/TEFL Diploma LevelOther Certification Qualifications:
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Early Childhood Education or B.A or B.Sc degree with PGCE is essential.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Kindergarten Teacher
- With at least a minimum of 7 IELTS band score
- A good knowledge of Early Childhood pedagogy
- Passion for teaching and commitment to educating the whole child
- A high level of professionalism and consideration for the well-being of children
- A positive and solution-focused attitude to working life

- Meet with other professionals such as speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, and educational psychologists, if required.
- Taking responsibility for the progress of a class.
- Meeting requirements for the assessment and recording of student\xe2\x80\x99s development using Target Tracker.
- Using data provided by assessments to influence further planning, provision, and intervention.
- Providing feedback to parents and careers on a student\xe2\x80\x99s progress at Parent Teacher Conferences and other meetings.
- Follow the school\xe2\x80\x99s behavior policy.
- Manage classes effectively, using approaches that are appropriate to students\xe2\x80\x99 needs to inspire, motivate, and challenge pupils.
- Maintain good relationships with pupils, exercise appropriate authority, and act decisively when necessary within the school\xe2\x80\x99s behavioral policy.
- Be a positive role model and demonstrate consistently the positive attitudes, values, and behaviour, which are expected of pupils.
- Have high expectations of behavior, promoting self-control and independence of all learners.
- Carry out duties as directed and within the school\'s policy.
