Eligibility Criteria :
- (Bachelor's degree in Education +Specialization) OR ( Teaching Diploma +ADEK+ Bachelor's degree)
- ILETS band score of 6 whereas for KG .
- Minimum of 2 years Experience in UAE (American Curriculum)
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons for children aged 3-6 years, covering subjects such as literacy, numeracy, social studies, and creative arts.
- Foster a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Assess and monitor children's progress and development, providing feedback to parents and management.
- Develop and implement activities that encourage creativity, critical thinking, and social skills.
- Establish clear learning objectives and maintain effective communication with parents regarding student progress and behaviour.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a well-rounded educational experience.
- Follow the schools policies and procedures to ensure that the classroom operates smoothly and effectively.
- Native Speaker of English (preferred).
- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field (required).
- A teaching qualification such as a PGCE, or equivalent certification (required).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching kindergarten, preferably in the UAE.
- Complete and attested documents (degree, certifications, and teaching credentials) as per UAE requirements.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and teaching techniques.
ADEK Approval ,ADEK Approval or appointment letter (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Compassionate, patient, and passionate about early childhood education.
