Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and responsible Play Attendants to ensure a safe, clean, and fun environment for all guests in our play area. Play Attendants will supervise children during play, assist with activities, and ensure that safety rules are followed at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise children and guests while they are using play equipment and attractions. Ensure all safety guidelines and facility rules are followed to prevent accidents and injuries. Assist children during play, including helping them use play equipment/attractions like climbing walls, softplay, etc. Engage and interact positively with children and parents, providing excellent customer service. Monitor play areas for cleanliness and tidiness; perform light cleaning duties (e.g., sanitizing toys, cleaning tables, tidying up play zones). Report any maintenance, equipment, or safety issues to management promptly. Facilitate birthday parties, group events, or special activities as assigned. Support check-in and check-out processes for children if applicable. Help manage crowd control, especially during busy periods. Administer first aid when necessary and alert supervisors in case of emergencies. Be alert, active, and visibly present in the play area at all times.

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience working with children (e.g., daycare, school, camps) is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, high energy, and a genuine love for working with kids. Ability to stay alert and attentive for long periods. Basic understanding of child safety and first aid (training can be provided). Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move quickly for long periods. Able to lift and carry items (up to 25 lbs) as needed. Comfortable working in a lively, sometimes noisy environment.
