With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for a KidsOnly Coordinator to join at The One&Only The Palm Hotel in Dubai.

With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort\'s success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our guests and colleagues, where you will be responsible for supervising all the counselors and other members of the team providing services for the children. Assists in overseeing the over-all operation to ensure a smooth running, responsive, highly personalized and efficient service for the participating children.

Suitable candidate will be reporting directly to the Guest Experience Manager and should have at least 1-2 years\' experience in a similar position in luxury resorts or five-star hotels. He/She must have a childcare education background with excellent spoken and written English. Ability to lead and motivate the team to achieve outstanding results. Can relate to the requirements of children from all age groups, flexible and can multitask.
