Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day operations of the Kids Club, ensuring a safe, clean, and fun environment Plan, coordinate, and lead age-appropriate activities including games, arts & crafts, storytelling, and fitness Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times Manage, train, and schedule Kids Club staff Communicate professionally with parents/guardians about their child's participation and behavior Handle any disciplinary or emergency situations calmly and appropriately Maintain accurate attendance records, incident reports, and program documentation Enforce facility policies and child check-in/out procedures

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred Previous experience working with children in a supervisory or leadership role CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to engage children in active play and educational activities Background check clearance required
