Kids Club Manager

What you will be doing:

You'll take care of resource planning, manage your team and support your team's development Ensure that all service standards are being followed in friendly manner Supervise and delegate duties; Ensure brand standards are maintained Focused on guest feedback and always on go to improve the guest satisfaction scores Coordinate and respond to all childcare enquiries that relate to the hotel children's club via telephone, e mail and in person Plan and deliver an exciting weekly entertainment and activity programs using imaginative ideas for special promotions and think outside the box Use pro - active ideas on possible new initiatives to attract new business First Aid Procedures and Fire Safety in place Show fullest cooperation and respect within the team and other departments

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity in a reputed Hotel/Resort Background in Kids Entertainment/Adventure/Education Relevant certifications/qualifications desired for the role Proven ability to build and maintain excellent guest relations Service-focused personality with a proactive approach and attention to detail Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Ability to lead by example and drive team success Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
