Requirements

• 
  Coordinate, promote, publicise, and facilitate all activities and programmes for the Kids Club, creating a memorable experience
  
• Conduct courtesy calls to guest rooms, especially when guests are traveling with children, ensuring a hand-crafted approach to personalised service.
  
• Take charge of organising and leading Sensational child-related activities, providing an Insta-Worthy and Memorable experience for young guests.
  
• Maintain a curated inventory of premium supplies and equipment on a weekly basis, ensuring that every detail contributes to the Electric atmosphere of the Kid's Club.
  
• Collaborate closely with the Front Desk Team to promptly resolve any issues or challenges related to the Kid's Club, delivering a Best-in-Class guest service.
  
• Fulfill Receptionist Duties with a ?FIVE-Star? approach, from answering telephones and relaying messages to processing financial transactions and scheduling appointments
  
• Adhere to government and company standards by consistently maintaining the highest level of cleanliness and tidiness in the work area, ensuring that every detail reflects the ?FIVE-Star? commitment to excellence.
  
• Assist in monitoring the facility to ensure guest safety and promptly respond to any potential hazards or emergencies, creating a safe and energising environment for both children and adults.
  
• Provide general support to the Kid's Club, embracing the FIVE Tribe spirit and contributing to the Behind-The-Scenes ?Vibe at FIVE.?
  
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to help other departments when required, embodying the FIVE Tribe Ethos and celebrating the FIVE Journey, as we continue to be an Award-Winning and Industry-Leading destination for families.

• University Graduates with any Degree are preferred, showcasing a commitment to continuous learning.
  
• Previous experience of 1-2 years in a similar role will be considered a valuable asset.
  
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is an essential requirement.
  
• Proficiency in multiple languages is considered a desirable advantage.
  
• Additional qualifications in pediatric training or nursing will be viewed as an added advantage.
