The job responsibilities will be:
Assisting the customers with completing the check-in process and advising them of the different play packages offered.
Answering phone calls, providing information about the facility and addressing any concerns they may have.
Monitoring the indoor play area, and coaching the players to ensure they play fair & safely.
Operate the POS system and be aware of the procedures required for cash operation.
Maintain a high level of accuracy in all transactions and complete all end of day reporting.
Providing first aid if necessary, contacting emergency services if required, and notifying parents or guardians.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or higher
Previous experience working in a kids play area or in a customer service role is preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of child safety guidelines and regulations.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
First Aid Training, Kids Play Area Attendant Training Certifications (not a must, but ideal to have)
