Job Description
Key Responsibilities Arts & Crafts & Child Engagement
Welcome and engage children in age-appropriate arts & crafts activities
Demonstrate and assist with activities such as painting, slime making, clay, DIY crafts, and creative projects
Encourage creativity while maintaining a safe and organized workspace
Monitor children during activities and ensure safety guidelines are followed
Assist in setup, cleanup, and organization of materials
Sales & Customer Interaction
Greet parents and explain available activities, packages, and pricing
Register children and manage bookings (manual or digital)
Handle basic sales transactions (cash, POS, or mobile payment)
Promote add-ons, workshops, or upcoming events
Provide excellent customer service and answer parents' inquiries
Operations & Support
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the activity area
Assist with stock control of art materials and supplies
Follow company policies, safety procedures, and child safeguarding guidelines
Support supervisors during events, workshops, and busy periods
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,700.00 per month
Expected hours: 24 per week
