Kids Club Attendant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a

Kids Club Attendant

to join our Rixos The Palm team. To provide exceptional service to the guests & maintains the overall efficiency of standards set.

What's in it for you:

Respond to any questions, needs and desires of guests, and follow up with guests to ensure their requests have been met to their satisfaction Respond to guests needs and anticipate their unstated ones Expect and react promptly to guests' requirements and inquires Actively listen and resolve guests' complaints Oversee and coordinate all arrivals and departures of special guests (VIPs) Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff Promote all amenities, conveniences and programs offered

:

Liaise with Entertainment Supervisor to create a safe environment for all children attending the kids club / creche Ensure all parents fill in the registration form for their children correctly, containing the history of the child Create an inventory for all toys / equipment at the club / creche Ensure all equipments are clean and properly maintained Inform Assistant Recreation Manager / Recreation Supervisor for any need of additional toys or replacement of toys Ensure to follow daily, weekly and monthly activity schedules as instructed by the Recreation Supervisor Ensure all club's rules and regulations are enforced at all times Maintain club / creche clean and tidy at all times Be fully aware of club's facilities, timings, promotions and prices

Your experience and skills include:

Relevant experience as Kids Club Attendant or similar is an asset Diploma/ BS degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field Excellent problem resolution skills along with outstanding communication and active listening skills Ability to work flexible hours Highly responsible and reliable with a professional presentation
