Join our vibrant team as a Kids Club Animator in Rixos Al Mairid Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates! We're looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual to bring joy and excitement to our young guests' vacation experiences. As a Kids Club Animator, you'll be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities that create lasting memories for children of all ages.

Develop and lead a variety of age-appropriate activities, including arts and crafts, games, sports, and educational programs Ensure a safe and fun environment for all children participating in the Kids Club Collaborate with team members to create innovative and exciting weekly activity schedules Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout all interactions with children and parents Assist in the setup, cleanup, and organization of activity areas and equipment Monitor children's behavior and address any issues in a professional and caring manner Communicate effectively with parents about their children's experiences and any concerns Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to continually improve the Kids Club experience Assist in organizing and supervising special events and themed activities

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Early Childhood Education, Recreation, or related field preferred Previous experience working with children in a similar role Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with children and parents Creativity, imagination, and enthusiasm for developing engaging activities Patience and ability to work with children of various ages and backgrounds Basic knowledge of child development and safety practices First aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Fluency in English; additional languages, especially Arabic, are a plus Understanding of local culture and customs in the United Arab Emirates Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays High energy level and stamina to keep up with active children throughout the day Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment * Adaptability to changing situations and guest needs
