Kids Animator- Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Beach Resort

The Kids Club Animator is responsible for ensuring the young guest experience whilst they enjoy the Hotel\'s Kids Club facilities, including the activities. You will be responsible for taking care of them with a warm and sincere welcome. Monitoring the young guest needs and safety, ensuring that all Kids Club responsibilities are carried out in an efficient and timely manner is paramount to this role.

What will I be doing?

As a Kids Animator, you will be responsible for:.

• Greeting guests immediately with a sincere and friendly welcome
• Assist guests their needs in the kids club area.
• Respond to guest requests, comments, and concerns in a timely manner
• Organizing activities for the kids
• Create a safe environment for all children attending kids club
• Ensure all parents fill the registration form for their children correctly, containing the history of the child.
• Create an inventory of all toys/equipment at the club
• Ensure all equipment are clean and properly maintained
• Ensure to follow daily, weekly and monthly activity schedules as instructed by the Kids Club Manager.
• Ensure all the club\'s rules and regulations are enforced at all times.
• Be fully aware of the club\'s facilities, timings, promotions and prices.

In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the Supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company:

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.

• High School Graduate or equivalent required
• Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
• Intermediate English language skills
• Basic computer knowledge

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Previous customer service experience
