KG Teacher(Full-Time)

We are looking for a

caring and enthusiastic Kindergarten Teaching Assistant

to join our school team in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Classroom Support

Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering age-appropriate activities and lessons. Help maintain an organized, safe, and stimulating classroom environment. Support students with day-to-day tasks, ensuring their well-being and engagement.

Student Development

Encourage children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth through interactive play and learning activities. Provide individualized attention to students who need additional support. Observe and report on student progress to the lead teacher.

Parental Communication

Assist in sharing updates about children's progress and daily activities with parents. Support parent-teacher meetings when required.

School Activities

Participate in school events, trips, and extracurricular activities. Work collaboratively with staff to ensure smooth running of daily routines.

Professional Conduct

Follow school policies and procedures. Participate in training and workshops for professional growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor+ Master's /B.Ed or equivalent (Early Childhood Education certification preferred). Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting is desirable. Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from the lead teacher. All educational certificates must be attested as per UAE requirements.
