- Exceptional relationship and communication skills
- Essential to relate well to both children and adults and have strong communication and listening skills
- Team working, flexibility, and adaptability with sensitivity to the needs of children are critical to the requirement of this role

Job Benefits: Compensation Structure- AED 13,000 \xe2\x80\x93 17,500 per month (tax free), including base salary and housing allowance; defined by slotting based on duration and quality of experience.

Core Responsibilities:- Planning daily activities in the classroom related to a weekly theme and the enrichment programs
- Assisting with the preparation of, equipment and any other resources required for daily and weekly use
- Assisting with learning activities that require pairs or small group organization
- Documenting daily observations and progress of children\xe2\x80\x99s ability
- Supervising and accompanying pupils around the school to specialist lessons, facilities, medical center, and any other activity as required, ensuring child safety
- Attending regular staff meetings
- Supervising and supporting students in the event of an emergency
- Assisting and supporting with after-school activities as required
- Assisting in a designated classroom to support any school staff member\'s absence
- Follow policies about the health and safety of students both on and off the school premises when pupils are under the school\xe2\x80\x99s jurisdiction
- Participate in the annual professional development cycle and demonstrate continuous commitment as a life-long learner
- Maintain confidentiality about all school matters at all times
