Qualification and Skills: Our ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Education or a BA with PGCE, is a minimum requirement
• Qualified Teacher with 2 years of experience in delivering the National Curriculum for England to students in KS1
• Committed professional who is dedicated to raising standards in alignment with the School\xe2\x80\x99s Vision, Mission and Values
• Teacher with a secure knowledge of the National Curriculum for England
• An outstanding practitioner with the ability to deliver innovative lessons built on current pedagogical thinking and forward-thing initiatives
• Teacher with a natural desire to learn, contribute to and participate in the school\'s Professional Learning Community
• Skilled at using digital tools to ensure that learning is enriched and relevant
• A professional who works collaboratively both within the immediate team and across the wider school community

Initial long-list interviews will be conducted via Zoom from to 14th to the 16th of March. Candidates who successfully reach the shortlist will be asked to complete a task relevant to the role with a full interview with key leaders. Where possible, this will be in person.
