This role will report into the Country Manager UAE and General Manager Joint Venture.
Overall Responsibilties: Work alongside KAMs to build short-term and long-term strategy for all Coty Brands by retailer by market (bricks & clicks) Insure a perfect communication between the KA department and Marketing + Business Units Build the trade marketing strategy for the Key Accounts, ensuring ambitious growth on Sell-out, SOM and ranking evolution for Coty luxury Portfolio Work closely with KAMs to plan CY & FY targets ensuring all objectives are met Build coherent and tailored Trade Marketing Plan to ensure growth in Sell out, SOM & Ranking Prepare for the Key Retailers Strategy meetings to support KAMs on negotiations & achieving business objectives
Planning & Execution: Work Alongside KAMs on AOP for all Key accounts by brand by market Work with the brand team to ensure all plans are inline with the brand strategy and expectations Plan for all future novelties and animation strategy alongside brand team for all retailer strategy meetings Ensure that all animations tools (360) are available prior to all animation executions including Sales expectations by market brand Ensure BUs are aligned on the TMP strategy and support required on local level with animations, podiums, sampling, etc for bricks & clicks Provide BUs with SO & SOM targets to ensure performance are on track. Work closely with brand team to create Coty-led retailer thematics during KCPS Work closely with BUs on Coty-led retailer thematics during KCPS in terms or sell out & SOM objective(s) Give direction to BUs on forecasting of sellables & non-sellables with 360 instore launch strategy for all novelties Ensure samples are being forecasted in order to participate with retailer thematics & KCPs Align closely with all functions such as marketing, sales, finance, supply etc to ensure smooth deliverables Ensure All SM & CRM assets are shared with the retailers prior to all activations ensuring best in class online visibility Follow up with Merch team on renderings and TDs for all animations in order to secure approvals with retailers
Results and Performance: Conduct in-depth analysis of performance of all brands by market by retailer on an sku level Analyze beauty market performance and trends, and expected category trend Track new launches performance and assess their contribution to the brand Analyze SWOT of each brand by retailer by market to ensure regional targets and ambitions are in-line with the direction of the brand strategy and retailer agreements (JBP, KBDs) Address analysis with all BUs to assess what works and what needs to be done to improve results \xe2\x80\x93 build action plan(s) based on quantitative results and qualitative feedback Highlight opportunities and risks that are foreseeable to manage expectations internally & externally
Financials: Calculate ROI on all investments to ensure a balanced P&L Work on P&L along with KAMs to assess financial well-being of every key account. Work on Monthly reports assessing BU investment on Trade Spend & A&CP by account to assess level of investment vs ROI generated
What we are looking for: Minimum of 5 years\' experience in a similar role, preferably with beauty sector experience Comfortable using Excel, with a strong grasp of numbers Previous experience managing a P&L Eager to learn and curious to propose creative solutions. Thrives well with ambiguity and adapts to business needs \xe2\x80\x93 adapting in a fast-paced environment (anticipate and adjust to be quick thinker) Outgoing and dares to go out of his/her comfort zone.
