Key Accounts Manager (Alcohol Beverages)

Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
Expand the relationship with new and existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
Define presence strategy in the region, plan channel, brand, pack visibility tools, adapt brand creatives for the region and ensure placement in the market on the strategy.
Understand the category, brand strategy, marketing concepts, consumer behaviour,brand promotions, brand creation, communication ,development etc.
Conducts sales negotiations with key accounts. Sets up schedules and appointments to obtain new accounts and to service existing accounts.
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
Track the marketing spends for the region. Ensure financial discipline internally and to external suppliers to have control over the budget.

Requirements and Skills

Minimum Degree in any subject.
Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role in alcohol beverage industry or in any FMCG Retail Stores.
Effective communication as well as interpersonal skills. Ability to build a strong rapport and trust with clients.
Proficient in MS tools. Attention to detail, Analytical and Data interpretation skills.
Willingness to travel across UAE frequently.
Age must be around 25 to 35
Job location - Anywhere in UAE
Both males/females preferred.
