Key Responsibilities

  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance across channels and customers
  • Analyze sell-in and sell-out trends, SKU contribution, and account profitability
  • Prepare dashboards and reports for commercial reviews and business planning
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and market trends across categories and regions
  • Support annual and quarterly planning through historical data analysis
  • Consolidate forecasts from sales, marketing, and trade marketing teams
  • Maintain SKU-level forecast and distribution files
  • Communicate execution priorities and activation calendars to field teams
  • Monitor visibility KPIs, planogram compliance, and promotional execution
  • Collect field data to validate performance and ensure brand standards
  • Coordinate with trade marketing on POSM allocation and compliance
  • Track product availability and distribution using internal and external data sources
  • Flag underperforming stores and support corrective action plans
  • Analyze listing compliance and identify lost distribution opportunities
  • Build strong customer relationships and support listings for new products and price changes
Ideal Profile
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Understanding of FMCG execution dynamics and seasonal promotions
  • Experience with field audit or compliance tracking tools
  • Strong commercial mindset with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
