The Key Accounts Executive role supports GMG's food service growth in Dubai, UAE by managing assigned Foodservice and HORECA accounts, driving sales performance, and delivering actionable insights for commercial decision-making. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned Foodservice accounts to achieve sales targets and strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against targets by channel and customer.
  • Analyze sell-in and sell-out trends, SKU contribution, customer profitability, and regional performance.
  • Prepare dashboards and reports for commercial reviews and business planning.
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and trends across product lines and regions to support informed decisions.
  • Consolidate forecasts from sales, marketing, and trade marketing teams and maintain SKU-level forecast files.
  • Communicate execution priorities and activation calendars to field teams to ensure alignment.
  • Monitor visibility KPIs, planogram compliance, and promotional execution in coordination with trade marketing.
  • Collect and validate field data to assess performance and ensure POSM usage and brand compliance.
  • Track product availability and SKU-level distribution using internal and third-party data sources.
  • Flag underperforming clients or regions and support gap-closing actions to improve distribution.
  • Analyze listing compliance to identify lost distribution opportunities and feed insights into planning.
  • Initiate listings for new product developments and manage commercial discussions related to price changes.
Ideal Profile
  • Experience managing Foodservice or HORECA accounts with a strong commercial focus.
  • Solid understanding of Food Service execution dynamics and seasonal promotional trends.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and distribution data.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with field audit and compliance tracking tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
