We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Key Account Specialist- HORECA to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Key Account Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and growing our key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities: * Manage and develop relationships with key accounts, serving as the main point of contact and building trust and rapport with clients.

• Understand the needs and requirements of key accounts, and provide solutions and recommendations to meet their goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure the smooth execution of client projects and initiatives.
• Analyze key account performance data, identify trends and opportunities, and develop strategies to optimize sales and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to key account clients, providing insights, updates, and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities for key accounts.
• Resolve any issues or concerns raised by key account clients, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution while maintaining a positive relationship.
• Monitor and track key account budgets, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon terms and conditions.

Preferred Candidate: * Proven experience in key account management or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG-HORECA industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to meet targets and deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
