Key Areas of Responsibility: Identify and develop strong contacts/relationships with key account decision makers at multiple levels and ensure proactive stakeholder management Use a variety of activities and innovative approaches to maintain regular communication and productive business relationships with KOLs (Workshops, Outreach Programs, Meetings, RTDs) Create value for stakeholders through trading by offering products and services that are enablers for their business which in turn generates orders. Organization of high quality round tables (RTD's) Work with the sales team to drive performance Management of KOL: responsible for managing its accounts with its KOLs and learned companies, Create strategic and long-term plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure a constant, growing and reliable revenue stream to compete Work with marketing to plan and execute development plans and KOL strategies Use evidence based on pharmaco-economic data to support our pricing strategies and secure long-term pricing agreements Perform a comprehensive business analysis based on total pharmaceutical volumes, products, new treatment trends that can be used by internal stakeholders to identify opportunities. Ensure sufficient product knowledge Present medical information and scientific arguments as prepared by Marketing objectively Adapt messages and presentations to the different specialties visited, in line with their participation in patient care Visit physicians assigned at the given frequency per cycle Postpone the medical check-up and all interactions with account staff in the CRM tool provided for this purpose as well as any other system that Astra Zeneca will put in place for the monitoring of the promotional activity. Report inventory levels to the General Accounts on a quarterly basis and share with the marketing department Ensure the availability of all AZ products in hospital pharmacies by controlling supply vs. actual demand, Assist hospitals in proper forecasting, consumer feedback and product expiration information to sales and marketing departments Ensures inventory is distributed well before it expires Move product inventory between hospitals when necessary

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience Minimum experience of 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry including 2 years in Astra Zeneca. Oncology/ Haematology experience is a plus Analytical and reporting skills. Good planning and organizational skills Demonstrable influence and negotiation skills Teamwork capacity. Very good communication and Presentation skills. Proven and sustained performance and 100% achievement of objectives
