Job description SUPERVISOR - KEY ACCOUNT SALES 5-8 years of experience in Key account sales in the UAE
Food/Spices/Fresh Food/ Dairy/ FMCG etc. A CLASS EXPERIENCE - LULU, CARREFOUR, NESTO ETC. (3+ YRS) About the role
1. Lead the team comprising of sales executives and merchandisers by reporting the performance to the Sales head to accomplish yearly, monthly, and weekly sales targets
2. To ensure the availability of listed items. Proper calculation of sales orders to avoid OOS.
3.LPOs/ SO generated are to be tracked till merchandising for each retail.
4. Ensure ROI for each retail where there is an investment on listing & Rentals.
5. Cent per cent distribution has to be made for all the listed SKUs every month and has to take necessary action plan/steps for non-moving SKUs/ Categories.
7. Planning by controlling the discounts, spending & develops promotional activities per customer with the objective of increasing monthly, quarterly and annual Sales.
8. Develop and maintain close relations with Customers in order to fulfil their needs more effectively.
9. Report to Immediate Supervisor for any new event in market-related to business, Solve Customer problems in terms of product Quality or Service-related issues.
10. Responsible for primary and secondary Visibility and to maximize the space utilization with better planning and execution.
11. Ensure the visibility as per BDA / Agreement if any.
12. Self & route merchandiser journey plan has to be provided before the month starts and strictly follow the same to provide proper service to each customer. If any outlets are not covered, need priority to those outlets in the next few days.
13. Control, Manage and collect Company money from the assigned territory, should not increase the agreed and approved credit limit & Credit days. Follow-up for collection of payment and minimize bad debt in his territory.
14. Daily, Weekly reports have to submit as per instructed requirements.
15. Monitor & Communicate competitor's new product and promotion, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to his superior. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month COVID-19 considerations:
