Responsibilities:

Key Account management of Power retailers or Modern trading channels.
Category management \xe2\x80\x93 Product mix, costs, margins, profitability, sales forecasts per SKU/outlet.
Advanced analytical skills to enable pro-active decision making.
Advanced to Pro-level proficiency in MS Excel.
Knowledge of commercial and accounting practices in organized retail industry.
Adept at internal reporting and compliance practices.
Providing a regular update of market intelligence on competition pricing, market shares, trends, benchmarking, distribution and visibility.
To achieve the targeted Sales Revenue, Sales Quantity and increase profitability as targeted.
To achieve the targeted profit margin, planning /forecast accuracy & timely payments from customers.
To deploy the Annual, Target Letter to the retailers/distributors.
To carry out periodic retailer Business Reviews, Assessment and Distribution Effectiveness.
Maintaining Key Account interface & relationships in Kuwait
Ensuring proper distributor stock management (sell in / sell out) and the phase in / phase out of old & new range.
Locking \xe2\x80\x93 in financial commitments (like rebates, support etc.) with GM & Finance team based on pre-agreed discussions & contractual terms with distributor/Retailer.
