About the job Key Account Manager - Sales

Our client is the first Digital Fabric Printing company in the GCC, catering to the advertising, fashion, and interior industries. \xef\xbb\xbfEstablished since 2005, our client helps organizations in their indoor and outdoor branding across various verticals like Events and Exhibition, Retail Branding, Hospitality Interiors, Office Branding, Sports branding, etc. They provide end-to-end solutions for organizations with the best-suited digital printing, Signage, Graphics, Arts, Interiors, Art production, installation, and related solutions and services.

Our client is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager who will be the first point of contact for client requirements & queries and look after a variety of client services, sales, and business development.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify new opportunities in the market and convert them into business by building long-term relationships.
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company
  • Addressing and resolving key client complaints
  • acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
  • communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key client needs are met.
  • Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders
  • Developing a thorough understanding of key clients\' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions
  • Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client\'s long-term goals\xef\xbb\xbf
