Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets for self and team
  • Expand brand presence within pharmacy and specialty sector accounts across the UAE
  • Manage client receivables, stock coverage, and inventory levels across all assigned accounts
  • Enhance secondary sales and sell-out by coordinating with operations teams and clients
  • Develop and execute promotion strategies to improve stock rotation and minimize expiry and returns
  • Act as a cross-channel liaison to align product, pricing, and selling strategies
  • Lead strategic sales planning and deliver annual brand budgets within the UAE market
  • Manage key commercial investments within pharmacy and specialty channels
  • Drive new business development opportunities including B2B partnerships
  • Lead structured product introduction and enhancement processes in coordination with sales, pre-sales, post-sales, legal, finance, and marketing teams
  • Prepare sales budgets, forecasts, and projections based on market and account performance
  • Track and analyze sales statistics, stock coverage, and account profitability
  • Resolve client issues related to accounts, billing, stock, and service levels
  • Supervise and guide team members managing client accounts, ensuring risk mitigation
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams
  • Understand client requirements and customize commercial agreements to meet business needs
  • Prepare and present monthly account performance reports, addressing challenges and underperforming accounts
Ideal Profile
  • Proven experience in key account management within pharmacy, specialty, FMCG, or healthcare-related sectors
  • Strong understanding of sales strategy, inventory management, and secondary sales execution
  • Excellent customer expertise, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated ability in negotiation, conflict resolution, and commercial decision-making
  • Strategic mindset with leadership and team management capability
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in sales reporting and forecasting
