In charge of negotiating the business development agreements with clients and leading the business reviews throughout the year - with the objective of ensuring continuous high quality of service and growing the sales in his assigned market.

• Ensure growth in sales in assigned territory.
• Ensure distribution of products is compliant with company strategy.

• Conduct organizational changes.
• Execute the action plans in your area, monitoring the results obtained.
• Multiply knowledge by providing training.

Academic BackgroundBachelors in Business Administration
Post-GraduationExperience

• 5 to 7 years of experience in Modern Trade
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing a team.
• Knowledge in the office package (word, excel, power point and outlook)
• Knowledge in area indicators and management tools.
• Knowledge of tools for people management
• Knowledge in organizational culture
